I have implemented Greg Frost's(Loan Tool Box) FSBO campaign with Call Capture, and it was a great success in 07.
The 13, I worked with, I did all their new loans, 11 of them I referred to my Realtor partners, and 2 actually sold.

Benefits.

The main thing is that there are many benefits of a for sale by owner that you should be aware of. By knowing the benefits of for sale by owner, there is a very good chance that you will feel as if there is no other way to sell your home.

Drawbacks.

There are even some drawbacks of a for sale by owner real estate transaction in addition to the many benefits. While you may think that selling your home by owner is all fun and games, there are times when things can get tough on you.

The thing that you must keep in mind is that if you know what the drawbacks of a for sale by owner are, you can better deal with them in due course. The problem that a lot of sellers make is that they think that doing the deal on their own is full of all good and no bad. This is simply not the truth.
