Question Training

Being an Operations Mgr, I am responsible for training the new loan officers. I have some specific needs that I'm looking for good training materials, classes, etc.

1. FHA/VA Loans
2. Construction/Construction-Perm Lending
3. Reverse Mortgages

Any suggestions?

Thank you for that Greg, far as other learning centers (besides Secret! U) I STRONGLY recommend the following: If you're gonna pay good money to be trained, be 100% certain the teacher is qualified to teach the subject! Lots of motivator/hype types out there - full of fluff, so be careful.

Here's how you do that: Carefully read their detailed resume and you be sure they've done what it is they propose to train you on. We provide detailed Resume's on our Teacher/Mentors - the other guy SHOULD also.

Good Luck to you!

That is a great idea. I try to do that with Realtors. You would not believe what you can do when you ask them for that. They usually do it when they know they have an impressive one.

When you invest your time in anything you should be sure that if it is a person and it pertains to your business then you should always interview and get more data on your potential business partner.

Thanks Secret!. That made me think of something to share that I do. It really can be an eye opener and can prevent tarnishing the reputation you are wanting yourself to be know as. Image means a lot and in our business. You can in some way compare this to an election minus the dogging other lenders.
