Hi guys- I'm new to this site and am eager to share ideas and resources. So far I have seen some great stuff and I'd like to make a small contribution of my own for others to benefit from. So here goes... my top 7 marketing ideas:
  1. List Marketing
  2. Asking for referrals
  3. Realtors
  4. Builders
  5. Sub-contractors / Home Improvement Specialists
  6. Civic involvement
  7. Real estate book advertising

What would you change or add to this list?

Additions:
  1. FSBO Marketing
  2. Give away something for free that has real value to customers
