Is there any mortgage managemwnt software out there?

Greetings from New Zealand

We are a non bank lender and see that in 2008 its going to be vitally important to manage our clients' mortgage program to retain the client and to keep them away from the banks!

What we envisage is a program that will allow for quarterly, 6 monthly and annual reporting with a view to mortgage optimisation and proactively managing our clients. Our thinking is that we do annual reporting for free to all our clients with more frequent reporting on a fees basis.

I've googled for this type of software without success. I'd welcome comments, suggestions and advice.

Cheers
Murray Carter
