Specializing In Chapter 13 Bankcrupcy, OR Foreclosure Buy-Outs.

As a fairly new broker to the lending scene, I have noticed that some of the best loans that come to me always seem to be Chap 13 BuyOut or Foreclosure Buy-Outs. (Difficult to Do but always Great Fees). I want to know which lead sources can I tap into become specialized in Chapter 13 Bankcrucpy OR Foreclosure Buy-Out Loans. (i.e Build a Pipeline of only Chap 13, or Foreclosure BuyOut Loans). Any innovative Ideas would be appreciated.

Well, once you locate, market, and generate those leads w/the borrowers in distress, I am with the lender that will bring the loans to fruition. Not only that, I used to service foreclosure loans at WAMU, making me a bonafide Foreclosure expert. Please feel free to contact me with any questions, concerns and or scenariosi! You could watch for bk recordings/filings and see if real estate is involved... Mail the person or call if # available...

Tedious though..

I will ask my list broker. I dont do them that often and have no interets in them. But I saw a few data cards and know that he has some. If your serious, I will get you a price. I just dont want to do a count and get a price.
