Be very careful here, what they propose is your info (like maybe possible payment amounts, on vaious programs, etc.) will help them sell a home and
they make a commisison -
MAYBE the customer will end up getting the money from you ...
OR ... from the realtor's brother-in-law (another LO who's lazy).
Be sure, to get the rest of whatever you're offering, that the potential customer needs to contact YOU directly. (if something like this on your mind) ... remember under RESPA 8, you're allowed to offer ANY sort of an incentive for somebody to do their loan with you ... so you could offer (1) GREAT Friendly face to face service and (2) a free Color TV at closing.
