New to home loans, where do i take training classes? southern ca

Hi yall, I'm wondering if anyone can recommend me any training resources, workshops, seminars, or classes that i can take. I actually looked up loan officer seminars at a local community college in southern california. Can somebody reconmmend me in another direction?

I know basic knowledge to loans, but new to acting as the broker, how it all works, making relationships with lenders, etc.. any advice would help.

I heard this guy is pretty good, http://www.maverickmortgagebroker.com/. get some tips from him. Also, Midas has a partner with a name of Dirk that has quite an old school style of prospecting but has killer ideas.

dirk is definately a different breed, he is not partners in midas though. i own several different businesses and dirk is a partner in a new concept we are testing using some old school ways of doing business. so far we seem to be really kicking some tail.
