When doing ARM Mailers how far out do you go from there recast period 0-6 Months???

Depends on how many mailers you plan on sending out. Usually we go from 0 months up till we get the number you are looking for. So sometimes, yes it could be up to 6 months if you need a large list. You can also set the recast period if you would like. For example you could get a count of everyone in your city with an ARM originated in 2/05-4/05 with 150K+ Loan Amt, 80% LTV or less, and FICO Range of 580-640.
