Thanks and your response is appreciated =)
Carlo | GC isn't based on per minute rate Carlo, as the software is not an autodialer, but can integrate via your inbound call number that you'll use in your message that you send via a web based voice broadcasting company.
The ones I recommend only charge on a per contact rate, not per minute..which can range anywhere from .4cents to 12.5 cents per contact/and/or message left...based on a 25 second message.
Regarding response rate, of course that will depend on the message, the voice, and the lead source you are using.
Been a while since we communicated Carlo. GC is still my primary technology product and have learned much...doing live demo's for my sales reps and customers daily.
Plus we are teaching customers now, no matter what industry...how to take advantage of Search Engine Optimization, and capturing that opt in data directly back into the software once someone opts in on your web sites....alot of really cool stuff going on.
We also have been doing Mortgage/Lending specific software demos during the day for you guys lately too...contact me for day and times if anyone has an interest.
I hope this helps....truly an amazing tool, and keeps on getting better and better.
Make it a Great Day!

Thanks,
Carlo | I'm around today, otherwise let's touch base on Monday...just did a radio interview with a station in Atlanta, Georgia regarding the software...pretty cool stuff and mega free advertising baby.
Also, we have set this up now that has features that apply in about 30 verticle markets. Soo...my focus right now is recruiting sales reps/bird dogs..my online ads have pulled 14 replies in the last couple days...intend on having 30 people setting appts for me within October...for our daily demos.
The website I'm using is http://www.beam.to/SuccessToday.. when a sales rep optins for more information about the position, they show up on my desktop, full contact record in about a minute from the time the form is filled out. This can be done with just about any business that wants to capture leads online, especially lenders..
Also, the arm 4 feature will be released within the next week. Arm stands for Automated Response Management. The software has newsletter and email capabilities within it. What Arm4 will do is once someone optins to your website form for more information, not only will the prospects data automatically be collected in your contact management system on your PC or laptop, but now...a prewritten welcome newsletter specifically for your product or service will be kicked out immediately to your prospect, personalized specifically to them.
This is proving to be an all around awesome business communication tool that anyone in direct sales should bring into their arsenal!

Ok here is another tip that I will share that drives a lot of response.
Corporate Benefits...
You approach any employer or you urge your loving customers to go to their boss and sing the "greg is the man" song and dance.
Then you get the employer to print your benefits on pay stubs, employee handbooks, do borrower education at meetings and so on. It is usually a good idea to offer a free appraisal or some sort of perk to the employees.. Yes very plural... EMPLOYEES!!! hundreds or thousands...
This is a perk an HR department can offer as a part of their benefit package.
A guy who used to work for us almost landed FED EX all to himself. It was very close to becoming a reality. So close and so much exhausting work with the bigger companies. But, that is not your target. Start with small business.
Another nice tip is to join your chamber of commerce and your local board of Realtors. Go to as many events as you can and introduce yourself to everyone you can. A good ice breaker is to ask them about their business and how your clients would benefit from it. They are there for the same reason as you but some come back after being established so you never know who you will start a referral relationship with at either one.

| Interesting. I took a look at my rep points and no one gave me any on this topic... Oh it will take so long to get my green squares maxed out but at least I know I am earning them... I guess I have to have some sort of challenge. I know I do not in total # of posts so this is all I have.

Great risk reaps greater rewards. Teaching people how to be cheap won't help them succeed. Sorry, that's just how I feel about the comments in this thread. I've been burnt alot in the past and for some of you that sings the song, "I've been burnt over $10k, $20k, $30k"... whhhhhaaaaa! Cry me a river! You are in business - Deal with it!. I bet I've been burnt way more than most of the members in here but except I know I can handle the fact that business is business. That's just the way it is.
Also, with so many so-called lead companies in here... and if you're company is really that great and you have a lot of customers then why don't you just buy the freakin' banner advertising from Erik. There are so many people that says this and that in here but don't have the money to back it up.
Geeezzz... I'm getting tired of seeing the same old banner advertising above. Put up or shut up! Sorry, I'm just a little aggrevated with some of the comments I see here. It's been a while since I stopped by here b/c I've been REALLY BUSY making something happened but after reading the same old bitching and moaning in here then it just makes me puke. ewwwwww! |

BTW Kelly, good job on following-up with a prospect. Usually when someone ask you to give them a call that means they might have something good for you. I would not have asked you to call me if I wasn't serious but unfortunately my client ended-up buying Gold Calling somewhere else. My suggestion for you is to stop doing business by e-mail and actually start answering your phone. I guarantee you your business will double if you actually begin speaking with them by phone instead of sending them to your voicemail all the time.
Also, if biz is really that good (like what you've been mentioning in your past posts) then why don't you invest in banner advertising? I see you in every forum and sing the same song over-and-over again about Gold Calling but you never take the risk to invest money into advertising. It's only $600 for six-months. That's one sale in GC and I don't see why that would be a problem. MBL has 1000+ members and you should be able to get a few sales in here... I know I did from my banner ad in here and I still continue to get calls. Quote:

| | OMG.. did you just swear. Swearing is not an acceptable method of communicating here...
I am reaching for the red card...
Carlo you ok? Eventually some of us all get busy and successful. I can understand your frustration and have been there. I think you all noticed how I have not been a frequent visitor like I used to be.
But, remember how you got where you are always. Watch climbing too high on the mountain.
Let me apologize to the people who might be offended by the attitude in his post. Carlo has done so much for this board and everyone in it who took advantage of his free leads. So let him vent. ha ha
And for those of you that fit the description step up and buy some ad space or it is curtains Carlo style for you all..
