Loan Tool Box vs The Mortgage Coach

I've been in the business for 3 years now and feel like it's time to start building my business by using some of the avaialble tools out there. ANybody had any experience with Loan Tool Box or The Mortgage Coach? Just reading about them, they seem to be similar in what they help you with. Pros, Cons?

jaybird will become famous soon enough
Both are excellent programs and I highly recommend getting both of them. Please feel free to use my name when signing up, since they do have a referral fee ) But in all seriousness, they are both really stron products. MC gives you software you can use to make presentations to customers that is outstanding! Loan Toolbox is more of a general catch all with letters to send out to clients and referral partners, message boards, conference calls, etc.

Hope this helps!

Jay

Thanks, just purchased Laon Tool Box Wednesday. Looks like they complement each other instead of compete. Can't believe the sheer number of things you get with LTB, impressive!

Secret! has a spectacular aura about
Talking

The industry that my organization is in - Education & Training - is quite small, so every time I see a remark about one or another of our competitors on this or other discussion boards, I always read them carefully.

What I have heard about these two is sometimes good and sometimes not so good. As I have noted remarks about Secret! University from time to time, I also see some good and some not so good.

Where I work we have posted testimonials, more than 4+ dozen of them and we also offer a 100% money back guaratee on all of our service and materials - so it surprises me when I ever see anything negative about us ... HOWEVER ... with human nature being what it is, my conclusion is that you can't get a straight answer that will suit YOU from a group of stranger with various motives.

Good Luck to you
