Loan Officer Team?

I'm looking for people out there who have organized or are organzing a team of loan officers. I've been leading a lot of training classes lately for new LO's and I'm trying to make a "win-win" situation. I know that real estate agents have their "teams." What about loan officers? Any suggestions on how setting up something like this would work? Thanks so much in advance!

midas has a great program and my clients (utilizes our leads, credit, settlement) are very satisfied with the way they operate.

I just think it's great that he has two people who aren't part of his organization endorsing him in this thread. Kudos for that!
