Has anyone used Austin Lead Management, an advertiser on this site?

I bought a package of 50 live transfers from Converimax and have closed 4 out of 25 transfers so far!

$115 per live transfer in FL min 50 transfers. Majority Alt A paper 4 loans closed average 1-2pts front at par rate. Highest quality in return credit exchange returned about 7 transfers that did not meet criteria with no problem. You must be strong closer and sell yourself against other options since they are usually 620+ credit and stop them from shopping rate. 4 loans closed in FL $25k in revenue on $5500 cost with 25 live transfers left.

It sure is costly. So many are less than that I have seen. Good job though. ROI is still there of course. You should hit 50k for investing 5.

i recomend adam at converimax above all others. if you buy 50 he gives you 60 the first time and he only charges me $90 each because we do more states. i love his leads! the only other leads i will spend money on is best rate referals out of vegas.
