Good Headlines for Marketing Postcards

I'm a new LO and I'm getting some postcards printed up to send out in my local community, but I need it to stand out than the traditional headlines from other competitors. Anyone have any good headlines/message they have used that worked to get people to call you?

Some of the standard headlines that are quite boring are:

"We can do your loan"
"Do you need a loan now"
"Act now, while rates are low"

Those are BORING and usually get tossed in the trash. Can anyone offer any advice?
