Do you have a referral for Online Application/Pre-Qual forms for web sites?

Just wanted to see if anyone had a good source for this. I am not sure I will need it long term. Just for a month. I want it to send the data to my email.

I see you contiue to enjoy your 'do it yourself' little website project Greg,; how many loans have you missed during this self taught experiment?

I saw this quote someplace, and I now use it often:

"You always pay for education... and you get to pick how you pay for it... You can pay a set sum to learn from those who have walked the path before you or... You can pay in lost earnings as you stumble around in the dark trying to find out what really works. The first way is always the least expensive...."

My the way the answer is create your own 'form', with FrontPage you can do one in about 90-Seconds!
