OMG... this is a must read for any individuals that earns their income by base commission. Yes, to survive in the sales industry is hard... YOU CAN MAKE A LOT OF MONEY... but make sure you are ready for the challenge. I'm still learning new things/strategies and thank you to the God above that helped me hurdle these challenges. GetLeads Network's first 1-1/2 years in business was a struggle but after the experiences and troubles... I am finally making it.

Pray to the Mortgage Gods folks....

When you send 7 deals to 1 appraiser and close 4 others looking to hit 12 and the appraiser takes 3-4 weeks and does the most terrible work ever in quality and all 7 carry over you know you forgot to pray.

Yeah this happened last month. I still have 4 out there she is trying to fix. I am re-appraising 2 so far in essence of time. Whichever comes first. The realtors are so mad at her.
