This is not difficult at all. You need a good list to start from. Making sure that your targeting your target market. I know how stupid that sounds but you would be suprised on how many people would get a consumer data list and target 1 day out of bk and most have never even filed. so get a list of bk with date range . now if you only want homeowners then specify that when getting your list. If you only want renters then specify that.
Then decide what martekting method you would feel most confident in, and do it.
