Anyone have any good ideas for marketing a mortgage company in a high end beach city?

I have been trying to research some marketing ideas for a mortgage company I do work for. I am doing a newsletter and a email newsletter. My market is the high end homes on the southern California coast., mainly orange county beach cities. Anyone with any good ideas please let me know.

You should go door knocking, before you go get a list from title of the houses in the area you are looking to target that way you will know what you are getting into before you go out there.

Or send fliers to the neighborhood, or direct mail then follow up a week later.

Or hire a person, to do this for you. You can pay him/her 250.00 per loan that funds from this.

We help people to not only find affluent homes but affluent home owners, or people in affluent homes who maybe cannot afford them...

We do this using an owners credit profile and can get a great deal of information for you.

What are you hoping to do your efforts? Find refi, people to sell?

Did you ever see the bikini meter maids in Australia? Perhaps you could use something like that to get exposure and send the message that you are there to serve the clients' needs. Pay some models to hang around the beach areas or high-end restaurants and feed meters for people.

They don't have to wear bikinis (though maybe it wouldn't hurt?) but have them wearing your logo and equip them with business cards if the topic comes up.
