Anyone Doing REFI mailers?

We're curious to know if people on these boards are sending re-finance mailers to people who are late on mortgage payments?

Lance we do not target people who are late but we are targeting ARMs as well as people with higher interest rates.

Looks like you are searching for refinance candidates!

Arm leads are great, I believe Darkstar has a very good handle on that, are you working with him?

I'd like a shot at your business for the higher interest rate loans! What do you pay per lead and what selects are you using? Also, out of curiosity, why are you not using the 60-90 day late folks? We can provide those and implement selects such as people with good credit and higher interest rate loans.

This type of list would be VERY reactive. Our 60-90 day late lists start at under $.30 each lead.

I actually am working with Darkstar in Illinois and that has taken a lot of my time. I really do not want to mess with people that are 60-90 days late especially with the limited number of lenders that even want to do these loans.

As for the date on the higher interest rate loans we mail to i pay about 2 cents per name.

Interesting, I cannot touch that price! However, I'd venture a guess that thier data cannot touch my quality.
