584 N.O.O Refi?

What's up everyone! I got this client, has a 584 Mid, 1x30 in last 12 months, 2 in last 24, is refinancing is N.O.O home and wants to cash out at 90%LTV Full Doc. I got a lender for him already but I swear the underwriter comes in drunk. I was quoted at 8.65 interest (1pt), and less than a week before closing, i'm given an 8.9 par. Does anyone have suggestions for another lender? because this underwriter took two weeks to tell me that I needed an updated paystub and I'm on edge on losing my client. 24hr underwriting was the worst lie they gave me, so I need someone who can close really quick.
