2007 Business Plan

So have you done yours yet? Do you have one? Do you follow it to a "T"?

Well, the most successful LO's in the country do. So you should too. Do you need help? Do you want me to take a look?

What I do is first prepare a life plan. Then I do my business plan.

A Life Plan contains your personal goals. You then do your business plan around them. Just make sure your business plan also supports your company expectations too :-)

I don't do anything formal - but I do keep regular goals with associated tasks to complete them. For some reason I do better that way - the formality stifles my creative side a bit, I think.

Folks how are you going to reach your destination without a map? Do you hop in the car for vacation and just drive? Make a map for your success.

Greg,

That theory is awesome. I actually use the same to motivate my team.

Thanks,
Carlo

Greg, midas:

my business model this year is to spread out to the whole county. I have my scrubbed data, my glossy mailers, my new improved refurbished envelope presentation. I am putting the whole county on an 8 week rotation.

Plus i have my local newspaper inserts that encompass every resident. I have that on a monthly rotation .

My hope is to double the 100k in 2006 to 200k in 2007 as i am working smarter now and know what im doing a little more.

We also have all our equipment, business vehicle, state fees, and all kinds of other expenses down pat so we should be able to stick to the budget .

cheers

i have no split. $600 a file to apex -$300 for seconds and helocs. But not for long. I have my full broker licence now, and am just waiting for the ok from the OFR to go on my own.

then of course i have to sign up with all these lenders -then i will leave apex. Probably within 6 months. I cant originate for davie mortgage group until i officially split from apex.

cheers
