Two More Shut Down

Alliance Bankshares Corp. announced it decided to cease operations of it mortgage banking subsidiary. Mortgages will instead be handled through a bank division. Harbourton Capital Group Inc. said its mortgage subsidiary ceased funding new mortgage loans and initiated a process to wind down its operations on December 20.
