Mortgage rates flat in blah economic week (Bankrate.com)

With markets often closed and little data released, mortgage rates took a holiday, too. The benchmark 30-year fixed-rate mortgage rose 0.01 percent, to 6.24 percent, in the Bankrate.com national survey of large lenders.
