Jefferson-Pilot Shareholders OK Buyout (AP)

AP - Jefferson-Pilot Corp. shareholders on Monday approved a $7.5 billion buyout by Lincoln National Corp., combining two century-old insurers into one of the nation's largest publicly traded life insurance companies.
