DataVerify has integrated a search of the Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems database into its Data Risk Intelligent Verification Engine to detect undisclosed mortgage transactions, an announcement Wednesday said. A new module for FraudGUARD identifies and manages potential occupancy and ownership misrepresentations in loan files, Interthinx Inc. announced. The Point Software Development Kit facilitates integration with a an originator's internal applications or with third party vendors looking for a two-way interface with Point loan origination software, Calyx Software announced.
