Delinquency Worse

Residential delinquency was 4.95 percent in the fourth quarter 2006, according to the Mortgage Bankers Association. The latest figure was higher than the third quarter, Mba said. The rate of foreclosures started rose to the highest in the 37 year history of the survey.
