Bulk REO Buyer Launched

Williams and Williams has created a new division that is looking for bulk acquisitions of real estate owned. The company said it is actively pursuing bulk portfolios and contractual flow purchase agreements of real estate owned from investment bankers and other financial institutions. "There is not a single financial institution I am aware of that likes having real estate owned properties on their books," said the firm's president in a statement.
