Use of the Upfront Mortgage Broker model has increased an Arizona mortgage broker's conversion ratio to 92 percent. An Upfront Mortgage Broker is "one who has elected to do business in an upfront and fully transparent way," according to Jack Guttentag, Professor of Finance Emeritus at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and owner of the system's trademark.
