Ameriquest Sued Over Refis

Lawsuits have been filed against Ameriquest Mortgage Co. in several Missouri counties. Also named are Argent Mortgage Company Llc, mortgage brokers, title companies and appraisers. The defendants are accused of engaging in a conspiracy aimed at encouraging homeowners into repeatedly refinancing into expensive home loans.
