10-Year Treasury Tops 4%

The 10-year Treasury yield closed at 4.08 percent Tuesday, according to data from the U.S. Department of the Treasury. The 10-year yield rose from 3.89 percent on Friday, the data indicated. A month earlier, the 10-year Treasury yield stood at 3.74 percent.
