I'm new here and want to say hi and let you know what I do,I may be of some
use to you.I'm a whole sale Rep. for a Co. called Sub500 Mortgage inc.
We try to help home oweners with impacted credit,mortgage lates,and Fico scores below 500 refi thier homes,to pay off debt and reposition themselfs
to get a subprime loan.Right now we are licensed in CA. and HI. we will be expanding in the comming year starting in the west and working our way east.

We started about 2 years ago we've been working out the bugs and gathering funds,training people,to expand nation wide Its not as easy as It

I called and left a message with you about the manufactured home lender list you made a post about.

When do you think you will have an opportunity to send that?

Carlo I might call you today about this lead idea you had. I am waiting to see how FHA reacts on the one I have now. If it goes I can do 95% cash out and 97% purchase that could be 100% with DP assistance and a 6% seller concession.

All at 6% fixed today with no PPP.
