I would love to have lunch and meet with you also. I am just trying to figure this MortgageBrokerLand out. I know that a lot of brokers out there do not know about the non-prime, alt a wholesale lender I am working for. Also, a lot of people do not know about your great leads. You have a great program, and if anyone is interested I could be a reference for Carlo because I started purchasing his leads 3 years ago.

We have been through a lot and you have gotten to know a lot about Eric and I through it all. I appreciate the friendship you give to Eric.
