I found MBL on Google. I am new to Forums and Blogging (blame the market slow down). I have been on the Appraiser Forum for about a year, there are a great number of 'crabby' people on that site, I am sorry to say they are all appraisers. I first went to that Forum in hopes of improving myself as an appraiser and to hopefully to learn how to better market my appraisal services. Crabby people are not much help in that category, so it occurred to me that there must be some Mortgage Broker forums. So, here I am!

Usda loans
Hi MBL MEMBERS,
I recently became informed that the USDA is making 100% LTV loans upto
103% financing or so with seller credits.

Has anyone closed this type of loan product?
IS there an office somewhere that I can call to get info?
