Hello, All.

I wear a bunch of hats - one is income tax minimization (showing how to set up your business to maximize tax income tax deduction.

Am Administrator for a small charitable org (www.scaaci.org) that is getting involved in the housing arena. In the process of getting qualifice for FHA 203K funding and to buy REO properties from HUD. We hope to use housing as a fund raiser for the org.

I can help with some of your bigger (and more difficult) placements. Am connected with a guy who casn fund just abut anything.

Glad to have you here, Trey. Sounds like you do quite a variety of things, beyond just taxes. Is the guy you know a hard money lender?

Wow thanks for stopping by and signing up. I do taxes on the side but I am no where near where you are. I just do 1040 short form for people. Then I do my nice and long Schedule C.
