Exclamation Newbie

Hello everyone. My name is Reese, I am an LO in Ca.
I have been in the business about 2 years now. I am a converted Real Estate agent. I prefer the world of lending to real estate.
Hate to ask for help on my first post, but here it goes.
I need to find a lot loan for someone with less than a 650 fica.
80 to 90% ltv. Full doc.
Anyone know of a lender that will go that low on a fica and that high on the ltv and does business in Ca?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
p.s. this is my first lot loan, anything to watch out for?

Hi Reese, Welcome to the forum, I have heard tale of folks getting that kind of LTV on a lot loan. From what I have seen the best lenders for lots are local banks near the property. They have a better sense of what zoning risks are involved and other factors that might change the value of land.
