Red face New in TEXAS - Howdy !

Hello All ~ Just wanted to take a few minutes and introduce mysele..I am a processor turned LO ...I just took my prelicensing exam this past Sat and passed and am speaking with several Brokers in the Fort Worth area regarding a job ...My youngest (3 and 5yo) are starting school in the fall and my LO has opened a "processing only" shop and business is slow...Sooooo, I took the opportunity to get my credit hours in a take the pre licensing exam ! I look forward to meeting everyone and deciding what "niche" I want to pursue...I previously worked with a lot of investors...so I kinda know that end...BUT the unscrupulous deals some of them were doing kinda scares me...I am open to any "old pros" giving me suggestions or input !
Have a great day !
Michelle in Rendon, TX

Hi Michelle,

Welcome to MBL forum, I concur processing is a great way to start, I wish every LO was required to process 20 or 30 loans before becoming an LO. It would add quality to our business.

Good luck with everything

Thanks for the welcome everyone ...I really appreciate it !
I had an interview with a broker today that might let me hang my hat under his..I'll know next Wednesday ::crosses finders:: He's a one man shop that isnt really looking for anyone but is willing to take on someone else just so he can feel like there is another body to watch his files when he is on vacation, or something comes up,etc...
I am interested on any info regarding FHA loans..Guidelines, etc...
Any help would be appreciated !
Michelle
