New member from the outpost.
I'm a new member here, I still post on the outpost, but I thought I would register and see what all the hype is about.

Located in CO, small independent broker shop looking for some net branch opportunities. I would like to align my company with someone who can potentially do business in other states. CO is tough, because of the licensing requirements, or lack there of. I want to be able to sniper deals in other states like they do to me!

Have you checked out Clarion? They are in the Tech Center and are approved for many of the western states (FHA as well)

ahh Colorado, the land of licensing reciprosity...
As you know COLoanHound - it gets crowded from a mortgage marketing perspective there...but the cream always rises to the crop. I have enjoyed your post on that "other" board.
