I concur, some of my highest producing loan originators are ex-car guys.
Not sure why but they make really good closers.

Oh Sil, set yourself up on a netbranch system that is licensed to do loans in Arkansas, as co-brokering is illegal. I bet Aapexnetbranch can help you at with that. We want to see you succeed.

Thanks Amanda, Arkansas is a licensed state for us, and have no experience requirement.

so are u sayin that what they can do is close for me and we can do a 50 50 deal right i look at there website is Bob the guy i need to talk cause alot of people been tryin to get in touch with me about it now and i would like to have three 2 four brokers if that how many i would need or what do u think how many broker do i need or do i just need one guy just give me a little info on it and thanks again for the responds

Hi Sil,

I am Bob give me a call at 630-918-8945. Just to clarify, I set up net branches they receive 100% of income - $600 per file on the 1st 9 files per month. The flat decreases per file on volume greater than that. Some brokers have their own license in a the state they live in but set up a branch agreement with us to cover states they want to do loans in but lack their own license.
