New to MBL
Hi, I am new to the site and would like to introduce myself. My name is Tracey and I work for National Debt Consultants. We are a debt settlement company. We work inconjunction with mortgage professionals to assist them and their clients with delinquent debt so problem loans can be closed or cash out can be obtained after all debts are paid. We don't charge anything upfront.

No I have never heard of them. Do they have a web address I would like to see if they do what we do.

I would love to tell you more about how we can help your clients by reducing the amount of money they owe and helping the loan officer close more loans by reducing the DTI/LTV.

Welcome, Tracey. Does what you guys do get reported on credit? I'm foggy on which credit repair/debt reduction services do show on credit and which don't - I've only heard rumors.

We do not show up on a credit report credit counseling shows up we don't report to anyone. The only thing that shows up on the credit is when the creditor reports that the debt is paid and that happens after the loan closes. Give me a call if you would like additional information

They are testing it now there were some minor problems but they think everything has been worked out and it should be up and running Monday but I am not 100% until they have completed testing. I will keep you up to date but it will be very soon.
