Hello All! I am a new loan originator, boy did I come in the worst time or what? If there is a soul out there that knows anyone doing 100%Financing and 100%LTV with no M.I. at a 640 Fico, let me know! Yes, it will be a miracle, I know! Thinking possitively! Thanks..

Hello Nicole, I am new to this forum as well .I don't know if that is possible in today's market everything I've seen is 80-20. Check sub500 out , he mentioned being able to do 100%.Good luck!
