SImortgagebroker is on a distinguished road
new to the board

Hi all,

I'm a new mortgage broker and would like to know your opinions on my current company. I'm just curious what is considered a fair amount to make on a loan. I was thinking 10% of what the company makes on each loan. Just curious what you other brokers, or most brokers/lo's, make. I do get an hourly base as well.

Thanks

Erik has a spectacular aura about
SI - it really varies from company to company. There are 100% commission programs out there as well as salary + small commission. You just need to consider all the factors to determine whether you are happy with what you are getting.

Btw, welcome to the site
