need help please

Hello everyone
I've been a LO for three months. I had a Mentor/SR LO that was helping me actually walking me through loans, but he is no longer with us due to an heart attack.
Becuase of his help I have clients. I also have two real estate agents that believe in me and there sending me 3 to 4 apps a week. I believe my personality attracks clients but I'm running into scenerios wich I don't know how to tackle. and the real estate agents don't know I'm a newbie sooooo my thought is fake it till you make it. Is there anyone out there willing to help

Eric,

Sorry to hear about your loss, my prayers and thoughts are with his family and friends.

As for your situation, I would recommend just continuing to work hard. Read the posts that are on this forum and find new ways to continue your marketing and product knowledge.

I wish you the best and contact me when you have the chance, I'm sure I can help you close a few more loans.

Talk to you soon,

Thank You

Thank you for the kind words, the death was so sudden and I really hate that I lost a friend and mentor all in one.
I've been going through the site and it's very interesting and informative, and I could use all the help I can get. I'll call you very soon.

Erik has a spectacular aura about
That's rough, Eric - I'm sorry to hear the sad news. On the bright side, what better way to pay tribute to your mentor than to carry on with the things he taught you (and it sounds like he taught you well).

I think you'll find people are very willing to offer advice and solutions to problems here at MBL so please feel free to post any questions/scenarios/problems/etc and we'll see what the "wisdom of the crowds" here at MBL can come up with.

Thanks Erik -
I believe He's looking down on me with a smile on his face and he's gonna be extremely happy with my progress. He was the master of closing loans :} sounds good and hopefully I don't sound to much like a newbie. It does seem like there's a lot of knowledge here and I will post some questions.

Hi Eric,
I know it's been awhile since you first posted this but welcome aboard. Sorry to hear about your mentor. All we can pray for is that he is doing eternity fixed rates on the mansions in the sky. Best advice I can give you is just be yourself with the realtors and such. If you don't know something say so. Trying to fake it, won't work. Most of them have been around for a long time and they know when someone is blowing smoke up their nose. Be who you are, they will respect you more for that. Good luck and if there is anything I can do to help just let me know.
Jim
