Is anyone out there that can lead me to a mobile home lender that does purchase loans for mobile homes on piers.Thank you

Just in case anyone wanted to know my advice on the phone call I said run away...

Singles and Doubles.. Must be on permanate foundation. But, you might find a hard money loan somewhere. 60-70% max
