Hey Phil,

My trainer is Brandon Vera at Downtown San Diego. He is pretty sick and we did some crazy workouts today. He is quite expensive as a trainer but I like how he teaches. I am soo worn out right now.

I hate knives. & guns for that matter. All it takes is one sissy that can't fight like a man and it's over. I wonder if the stabbing was worth becoming someones butt-duddy......Sissy.

Phil, he was so tough that the guy (wussy) felt humiliated infront of his friends that he pulled the sissy way. Anyhow, he sure will be someone's butt-duddy.

LOL. Anyhow, I started training again and my instructor is Brandon Vera. He fought in the Spike TV UFC Challenge. Brandon is pretty bad ass.
