You finally made it, perhaps to fraud territory.
I am currently in the process of trying to locate and validate your contact and licensing information between 2006 - 2007 regarding questionable illegal origination activities. I cannot find any legal licensing information for you to act as a mortgage broker.
You falsely advised my client that they would be able to refinance to a lower rate at a later date. This is misleading and also a violation of California Predatory Lending Laws. I also have reasons to believe that the appraisal was fraudulently inflated under your direction. I also have reasons to believe that you were unlicensed and did not have the proper authorization to advise my client acting as a mortgage broker.
If your name full name is Vick Gudnitz and you have originated loans via from 2006 - 2007 I would like to speak with you regarding my client. Originating loans without a license is a felony and can result in a fine of up to $25,000 and a prison sentence of up to five years, or both.
I will be speaking with you in the very near future.
