Its simple really,....

This Guy works for Quality Home Loans,....Hard Money Loans, Real Estate, Mortgage Refinancing- Quality Home Loans I've done some business with them before but have had deals fall through when they chop the appraisal by 30%.

I have a client that wants to do a cash out refi with a 661 FICO BK Cap 7 in 10/04, DTI 41 LTV 85% property is 7 mons old Stated/VA's Can you do this and what would be your Rate?

60% ltv

I have a guy with a 726. He has three properties. This one is unencumbered. One is under Contract. It will close by the end of this month. He needs 60% cash out ($200,000) of the unencumbered primary for renovations to his business. He must go STATED. He owns a Pizza Place. NJ property..
