Good Morning! I see you've had this question already, on a 500 Stated, what's the highest LTV you can go? and are you licensed in FL?

Hmmmm. With the market the way it is and just about every lender going bye bye and you saying you can do what you do than you must be a GAZILLIONARE. You are the ONLY lender doing those loans anymore and you must have a dozen secretaries sorting through your files and screening your calls. You say you are new to MBL yet your join date is Jan 2006. If your company is so good how come you don't post or list in your profile who they are. Sorry but if it sounds too good than it probobly is. When I was in retail it would tick me off to have AE's always promise the world only to hand you some sand. Now I am an AE myself and to pick up the pieces from all those heartbroken loan officers and try to put their deal back together, well you get the idea.
You say low scores but do not say how low
You say high LTV's but do not mention how high
Sorry for being so blunt but either post your stuff or not but don't try to try to hijack files by lying.
If you post your stuff and your info is accurate than I will be the first to apologize and you will be a rich man because every person on this website has a handfull of files for you including me.

Hai,

I am Vino.

How to start a business! pls help

I have a business idea in mind would I be accused with infringement if I take expensive jewelry designs and turn them to accessories (fake jewelry).
How I about if I don’t write on the jewelry the trademark so that it will be known that its imitation. Will that be legal?

Please Help me...

Hi Vino,
welcome to MBL. Unless you are trying to figure a way to put a mortgage on your jewelry or business I don't think you will get much help here on that topic. Good luck
