Hello to all,

I've been going through this site and I am very impressed with layout and forums.

Our goal here at HTDI Financial is to do nothing but help improve our clients credit picture so that they can better themselves with a home purchase or a lower interest refinance.

Especially now with the sub prime market going down the tubes, borrowers are going to need higher credit scores than ever to attain funding.

Our brokers are closing 5 out of 10 loans after the first 45 days their clients are in my program.

How much more would you make if you closed an extra 5 loans a month?

Hi Brian - welcome to the site. Don't get too upset over a few critical remarks - I'm pretty sure there are those who value what you do as well. If there wasn't demand for it your service wouldn't exist so you must be doing something right.

... slowly getting back to you ... Thanks for the comment ... and I'm very happy with the results I've gotten from this site. I can't even tell you how many brokers and loan officers have signed up for the HTDI Mortgage System or enrolled as a CSO (starting their own credit repair company or division).
