I appreciate having the opportunity to share with professionals in our industry. Spent most of my work-life as a "Staffer" in Corporate America and was introduced to the Mortgage Lending field some 3 - 4 yrs. ago. Had I known of the tremendous opportunities and the 'real' gratification one gains from professionally executing in this industry sooner, I would have been here much earlier. I operate in the capacity of Director, Corp. Operations for a small Net Branch Co. with headquarters in Richardson, TX (a Dallas suburb.) We have grown from a 1 man operation in less than 5 yrs. to 35 "Brick & Mortar" Branch operations in Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX. We recently Hired a Region Mgr. to recruit branches in Houston, TX. And we will be at 55 + total branches (minimum) by year-end. We are licensed in TX, CA & FL and will be expanding to the Eastcoast and Westcoast States, as soon as we qualify the candidates to run our "producing corporate offices" in those States. The CA city we have selected for our Western Region Office is San Diego, my hometown. I will be sharing "who we are and what we do" with you all soon.

Amanda, (and others who have been so hospitable.) Thanks for the Warm Welcome! I am still "feeling my way around", and want to operate within the rules and guidelines of MBL. My 'last forum stop' was the Broker Outpost ("B.O.") and it was a 'little weird! I invited (marketed to) interested parties to contact me, if they had an interest in looking at our Net Branch program/s. (TX, CA & FL) I posted in the "Broker Forum" and after the first day I was informed they would be moving the post to the "Announcement Forum", as they viewed the posting as an advertisement. ("For what good reason would a sane person communicate and network with others, if not for the benefit of offering their services?") After an exchange with the Administrators this (2 day) active post was suddenly Deleted. I found it interesting that several (much bigger Net Branch companies) continue to post, marketing their companies in B.O.'s "Broker Forum." You get 2 or more people together and politics and/or greed, just seems to 'creep right in."

I had a specific question for you Amanda. Being in South Gate, what is the total area you service? L.A., Orange County, San Diego?

Currently we have clients in CT., NJ, WA and all of California. We have the ability to process loans in 43 states, in addition we have a spanish speaking processor.

Yet my favorite clients are from San Diego! Really nice people down there. I should move there (its cooler too!)
