Do you have loan programs for tier 4 automotive i.e. Gas stations, or just tier 2 programs for auto lube/repair ect.? I originate loans for a broker who specializes in gas stations, c-stores, truck stops, auto repair/lube, and car washes. With the S.B.A. recently backing away from gas stations there is a huge void to be filled by ninch and specialty lenders who have savy to select the winners out there.
