Hi Every-one,

I wanted to intro myself to this new and awesome website geared for the mortgage professionals. It is excellent to have a place to bounce loan scenarios off of lenders such as myself and just have a place to vent some of our day's funniest endeavors. Our Largest Niche is our No Tradeline Requirement. We are really easy on conditions and use Common Sense UW. Brokers can go online and submitt files to our Evalu8 system for convience however I reccomend them to come to me because I probably can get them a better rate through our Core product. Just send me 1008,1003, and credit to 407-738-4635 and I will price it out within 2hours. Service is our Priority
